Daclarise is a medication manufactured by Sunrise Remedies Pvt. Ltd. that contains the active ingredient daclatasvir. It is an antiviral medication used to treat adults with chronic hepatitis C (CHC). 

Daclatasvir works by inhibiting the HCV NS5A protein, a crucial component for hepatitis C virus (HCV) replication and assembly. It binds to the N-terminus within NS5A's Domain 1, thereby disrupting the formation of the viral replication complex and preventing the assembly of new viral particles. This dual action of inhibiting both viral RNA replication and virion assembly leads to a significant reduction in viral load.
